Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via CTT mail. If you prefer delivery by GLS, an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to location. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. If the package arrives noticabily damaged, please report it, on the spot, to the carrier. Also, please report it to us.

Returns

You can cancel your order in any given moment until its sucessful delivery, and will be reimbursed for all payment (product and shipment). After the delivery, the Client may exercise his right for the return of the product, as stated in Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, de 14 de Fevereiro.
